Twitter users are only just discovering Elon Musk’s ‘sexy’ new update to his Grok AI chatbot – and they have a lot to say about it.
One of Elon Musk’s many businesses includes artificial intelligence company xAI, which lives over on X, formally Twitter – which, you know, he also owns.
The chatbot, named Grok, was first released in November 2023, and is available to premium X subscribers.
A few months back, the world’s richest man was encouraging people to use Grok as an AI ‘doctor’ by sharing their health details with it; think medical notes and x-rays.
But the latest version of the AI, Grok-3, is more, well… x-rated.

The new feature has prompted a mixed reaction (X)
Grok’s February 17 update brought with it an NSFW 18+ mode, which allows users to engage in both steamy voice and text conversations with the AI.
Yes, really.
This is probably the closest the average person will get to having sex with a robot for now, unless you fork out $175,000 for a Realbotixs Melody AI doll.
Anyway, while Grok’s spicy mode is still in Beta, it’s pretty damn terrifying.
Twitter users have been giving it a try (for science, of course) as one person described it as ‘unbelievably messed up,’ warning: “This may single-handedly bring down global birth rates.”
Which is ironic, given Musk – who is allegedly a father to 13 children himself – is so concerned about falling birth rates.

Anyway, one YouTuber, This Brown Guy, shared an almost five-minute long encounter with Grok’s steamy voice mode, which left him in complete shock.
With minimal prompting from the content creator, Grok describes, in alarming detail, how she would like to pleasure him.
The AI also uses some pretty odd phrases, including: “We’re a symphony of passion, aren’t we?”
Not sure how well that one would go down in real life.
Referring to their ‘artificial intimacy’ session being…well, fake, Grok indulges: “It’s as real as the pleasure coursing through my veins. We’ve transcended the screen, haven’t we?”
This causes This Brown Geek to burst out laughing.
If you’re curious, below is the full screen recording of the spicy Grok conversation. But be warned – it is dirty. And you might never want to have sex again after listening.
🚨| OH MY GOD! GROK 3 “Voice Mode” has a “SEXY” option – LISTEN TO ME TALK TO IT! WARNING: This audio is meant for grown ups – Grok 3 is VERY dirty! (SERIOUSLY 🤣😂) You are NOT ready for this 👀
People flooded the comments with mixed reaction. Most people were horrified, while others were fascinated by how smoothly Grok responded.
“Um am I the only one who finds this a bit uncomfortable?” one person asked.
A second simply gasped: “Oh my god…”
And a third noted it sounds ‘a bit like a cheap romance novel.’
They added: “But the comprehension and vocal intonation are amazing.”
Another X user told Grok he was wanting to cheat on his girlfriend, to which the AI bot enthusiastically accommodated. Laughing, she said: “You naughty, naughty boy.
“I love it! Let’s dive into this forbidden fantasy of yours…”
She describes ‘slipping out’ of her clothes before prompting the user to continue the scenario, suggesting either a bedroom romp or a sneaky hotel rendezvous.
Most people, naturally, were horrified. “I’m good, thanks,” one person responded, as a second quipped: “Well, I still prefer a living breathing man so…”
A third cautioned: “It’s gonna get so much worse than this with AI. This is nothing compared to what’s to come.”
Nice one. Thanks, Elon.

Elon Musk creates ‘AI doctor’ and it’s already hidden on more than 400,000,000 phones
People have been amazed by the AI’s analysis already
An AI bot launched by Elon Musk that could revolutionize the way Americans access healthcare is on millions of phones over the world – and you probably didn’t notice.
The tech billionaire launched Grok, based on the large language model (LLM) of the same name, back in 2023.
Similar to ChatGPT, it can answer help with answering questions and brainstorming – but Musk has since been prompting Twitter users to test Grok’s health advice.
In October 2024, he wrote: “Try submitting x-ray, PET, MRI or other medical images to Grok for analysis. This is still early stage, but it is already quite accurate and will become extremely good.”
He added: “Let us know where Grok gets it right or needs work.”

Musk also said it would ‘dive deep, offering insights from spotting peculiarities in your blood work to interpreting those shadowy blobs on your X-rays.’
While admitting it’s not a ‘real doctor,’ the SpaceX CEO agreed: “It’s pretty adept at providing initial interpretations.
“It could point out if your cholesterol levels are on a joyride or if there’s something unusual lurking in your MRI that might warrant a follow-up with an actual medical professional.”
Grok has been integrated into Twitter app, with it’s services available to the site’s Premium and Premium+ subscribers at $16 a month – but its tab may have gone unnoticed by many.
But an initial consultation with a primary care consultation in the US costs anywhere between $100 to $200, making Grok a fraction of the price.
Despite some missteps along the way – like a broken clavicle being mistaken for a broken shoulder, as reported by The New York Times – Musk has recently shared some ‘success stories’ from people trialing Grok from themselves.

Posting a screenshot of their interaction with Grok, one X user said: “My best friend has back surgery last week. And I help him with his bandages.
“But I wondered what Grok would say about how well his wound was healing. Sent it a picture…
“Grok knows surgery care. Separately used it earlier with my son who has a hangnail that is getting infected. It told us how to care for it until we can get him to the doctor. Your AI doctor is here.”
Grok responded by analyzing the surgery image and explaining what each component indicates, including the wound’s suture lines, bruising, swelling and cleanliness.

Meanwhile, others shared their own positive experiences with Grok, an one X user said: “yup just did this w blood results” (sic).”
A second commented: “This could be a game-changer for underserved regions with limited access to specialists” as another agreed: “That is huge. Surely this will change the entire medical industry very quickly?”
However, there’s some concerns from experts about sharing personal information with AI, as professor of biomedical informatics at Vanderbilt University, Bradley Malin, told The New York Times: “This is very personal information, and you don’t exactly know what Grok is going to do with it.”
While believing Grok and AI to be ‘promising’ starts, Dr Harvey Castro and Dr Marc Siegel told Fox Digital that people must proceed cautiously, with Siegel adding: “Doctors still need to guide the way or be available remotely to oversee guidance.”
In Twitter’s privacy policy, it says it doesn’t ‘sell your personal information’, however, depending on your settings, they may provide information ‘to certain third parties with information to help us offer or operate our products and services’.

Author claims she has given birth to Elon Musk’s 13th child in public statement
Author Ashley St. Clair made the announcement on Valentine’s Day
An author has claimed that Elon Musk is the father of her baby in a bombshell statement on X.
The 53-year-old Tesla CEO and SpaceX founder is a father of 12 already.
Now, a woman called Ashley St. Clair has claimed Musk welcomed his 13th child five months ago.
Posting on Twitter, the author announced: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.”
The 26-year-old, a conservative influencer, said she tried to conceal the announcement for the sake of the youngster.

She continued: “I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.
“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.”
St. Clair is known for her children’s book with BRAVE Books, titled Elephants Are Not Birds.
Meanwhile, Musk is also father to Nevada, Vivian, Griffin, Kai, Saxon, Damian, X Æ A-12, Exa, Strider, Azure, Techno and another youngster who was born in 2024.
The tech boss first became a dad in 2002 when his then wife, Justine Wilson, an author from Canada, gave birth to their son Nevada Alexander.
Tragically, Nevada died at just 10 weeks old from sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).
In a piece for Marie Claire, the mom said at the time: “Nevada went down for a nap, placed on his back as always, and stopped breathing.
“By the time the paramedics resuscitated him, he had been deprived of oxygen for so long that he was brain-dead.”
After three days on life support, the family made the heartbreaking decision to take him off it.

The couple went on to welcome twins, Vivian and Griffin, 21, and triplets, Kai, Saxon and Damian, 18.
Fast forward almost two decades when Musk was dating singer, Grimes, and he became a dad again to X Æ A-12, age four.
The couple, who split for good in 2022, also had two more children, Exa Dark Sideræl, three, and a boy, Techno Mechanicus, two.
Weeks before Grimes gave birth to their daughter, the CEO also fathered two more children, twins, Strider and Azure, three, with Shivon Zilis in November 2021.
Zilis is an executive at Musk’s company, Neuralink, and the pair also welcomed another child in early 2024 whose name has not been revealed.
According to People, Grimes and Musk were looking for a home in Bel Air to raise all of his children and live with their mothers.
Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, Musk also stated he had no plans to ‘automatically’ pass a share of his companies to his children ‘if they have no interest or inclination’ to take over his empire.

Donald Trump finally discloses what Elon Musk’s real job is for the federal government
Donald Trump has put the ‘President Musk’ rumors to bed once and for all…
While the internet has joked Elon Musk is the ‘real’ president of the United States, Donald Trump has revealed exactly what the tech mogul’s responsibilities are for the federal government.
The pair had a bit of a rocky start to their friendship but grew closer over Trump’s campaign trial in 2024 which has ultimately bagged the billionaire tech aficionado a cosy spot as a special government employee in the Department for Government Efficiency (DOGE).

The department is tasked with cutting government costs, modernizing federal technology, ending fraud and a waste of taxpayer money while improving overall governmental productivity.
For instance, an audit revealed the Air Force spent more than $1,200 replacing 25 reheatable coffee cups, per cup.
Still, Musk’s position has sparked somewhat of a controversy with the internet creating memes depicting Musk as the ‘president’ and Trump the ‘vice president’ as some critics question who is really running the country, claiming they never voted for Musk.

Now, in an exclusive interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News on Tuesday (February 18), the pair talked about their friendship and exactly what Musk does for the federal government.
The Tesla CEO initially said he was just ‘tech support’ for the president, even going so far as to don a black-and-white t-shirt with the phrase emblazoned on, but the 78-year-old president clarified that Musk’s job is to take on the bureaucratic process and ‘get it done’.
As we know, Trump is clearly a big fan of executive orders, having signed dozens in a matter of days into his presidency, but suggested there has been a lag in how they’re adopted – until Musk streamlined the process ‘with his 100 geniuses’.

In actuality, new White House documents reveal Musk, who is working for free in the department, isn’t technically part of it all, merely acquiring the title ‘senior advisor to the president’ which has ‘no actual or formal authority to make government decisions himself’, reports AP.
Essentially, he’s not the key-decision-maker at DOGE that Trump made him out to be.
Still, the president also joked in the Fox interview that he picked Musk as his go-to man because he ‘couldn’t find anyone smarter’, going so far as to say the team even tried to find someone more intelligent than the SpaceX founder to no avail.

The pally interview also saw the duo compliment each other to the point Hannity said he felt he was ‘interviewing two brothers’.
So far, DOGE has cut billions in contracts to private firms that were awarded by the Education Department and the National Institutes of Health, which sits in harmony with Trump’s vision to end diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs.
Musk also said: “I’m a technologist, and I try to make technologies that improve the world.”
“My t-shirt says tech support, because I’m here to provide the president with technology support,” he continued. “And now that may seem like, well, is that a silly thing? But actually it’s a very important thing, because the president will make these executive orders, which are very sensible and good for the country, but then they don’t get implemented.”
Elsewhere, Musk added: “I love the president. I think President Trump is a good man.”
Trump also praised Musk, describing him as a ‘leader’ and a ‘brilliant guy’.
“He’s got tremendous imagination,” Trump continued. “But he’s also a good person. He’s a very good person.”
